BRETT IMMERMAN | Executive Chairman

Brett founded Definitive Capital Management in 2002, prior to which he gained extensive experience with a leading international private banking and asset management group. Brett is a shareholder of Definitive Investment Holdings and is a director of both Definitive Capital Management and Definitive Asset Management. He is responsible for the group’s strategic direction, the management of key accounts, and strategic banking relationships in Europe. Brett is a member of the Definitive Investment Committee.

JACKIE SOLOMON | Managing Director

Jackie joined the Definitive Group in 2005 after having worked for a leading hedge fund management company. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Science Degree with Honours in Finance and the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification. As Managing Director, his responsibilities include the management of the business with particular focus on portfolio management, investment research and securities trading. Jackie is a director of both Definitive Capital Management and Definitive Asset Management and is a member of the Definitive Investment Committee.

JUANITA DAWSON | Operations Director

Juanita joined the Definitive Group in 2004 as Operations Officer, acting as client liaison for both Definitive Capital Management and Definitive Asset Management. Her responsibilities include key account management, portfolio administration and group operations. Juanita is a member of the Definitive Investment Committee.
